Experiments

My stressed-out-and-fat life peeked in 2011. Ever since then, I’ve tested the lessons I learn on myself to:

  • Lose 60 pounds
  • Increase my maximum bench press to more than 315 pounds
  • Reverse my hypertension without medication
  • Reduce my average resting heart rate from 72 bpm to 48 bpm
  • Improved all my annual blood work to within healthy ranges
  • Eliminate daily stress in my life and prevent panic attacks (8 years and counting)
